A place where lives are changed, hurts are healed, and hope restored is our mission statement here at Draper Valley. Just as Jesus met the woman of Samaria on her grounds, we strive to reach others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ at whatever point they may be at in their lives. We teach and preach the entire Bible and take the Word of God to be literal in its interpretation. We are a member of the Appalachian Conference headquarted in Dublin, Va. We are blessed with a wonderful and anointed choir and musicians. Our music consists of traditional and contemporary hymns and upbeat choruses. Our philosophy for music is that it should glorify the Father, draw attention to the Son, and be under the direction of the Holy Spirit! The choir does not entertain the congregation but rather compliments and involves us as we all worship our Lord in spirit and in truth! |
